Project Description:

The Creek at Forrest hills Apartments were in need of some parking lot work. They had some very worn and faded asphalt, witch had become rocky over time as it deteriorated, making it a perfect parking lot for a sealcoat. This particular lot was near the beach, and had a large amount of sand buildup on the parking lot. Paved assets thoroughly cleaned the lot before starting to seal. This job was sectioned off and done over two days, so that residents could still park within the complex while the work was being completed. Each day once the section was cleaned and sealed, fresh parking stripes were painted and the section was left to cure overnight.
