1309 Hudson Ave was in dire need of a new parking lot. Their old asphalt was cracking, separating, and had multiple areas that had sunk in. Paved Assets arrived on site and got right to work, the entire parking lot was milled down 2 inches, with certain areas being brought back to proper grade. Lastly the site was cleaned and prepped for asphalt. Once the site was ready, the parking lot was swiftly paved, and striped back to prime form. The entire job took around 400 tons of new asphalt, 200 new parking stripes, and was completed, mill to finish, in 3 days.
