CDL Driver (Dump Truck / Equipment Hauler)

$24–$32/hr depending on experience and endorsements

Schedule: Mon–Fri, some weekends, early starts. Seasonal overtime. Some night work.

Haul materials and equipment to the job, and assist the crew.

What you’ll do

Drive dump trucks hauling hot asphalt, stone, and aggregate to job sites
Haul equipment on trailers between the yard and jobs
Time loads to keep the paver running — no gaps, no cold material
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, handle basic maintenance, and keep your truck clean and legal
Help the crew on site when you’re not rolling

What you bring

Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean record
Experience hauling asphalt and stone — you know how to load, dump, and tarp right
Comfortable backing into tight sites and dumping into a paver
Reliable and on time — the crew’s day starts when you show up

Where it goes: Steady seat with steady miles. Cross-train into equipment operating if you want it. We pay for the seats you can run.

Lo que harás

Conducir camiones de volteo que transportan asfalto caliente, piedra y agregados a las obras
Transportar equipo en remolques entre el patio y las obras
Coordinar las cargas para mantener la pavimentadora trabajando — sin interrupciones ni material frío
Realizar inspecciones antes y después de cada viaje, mantenimiento básico y mantener el camión limpio y en regla
Ayudar a la cuadrilla en la obra cuando no estés conduciendo

Lo que traes

CDL válida (Clase A o B) y un historial de conducción limpio
Experiencia transportando asfalto y piedra — sabes cargar, descargar y cubrir la carga correctamente
Comodidad al retroceder en espacios estrechos y descargar en una pavimentadora
Responsabilidad y puntualidad — el día de la cuadrilla comienza cuando llegas

Hacia dónde lleva: Trabajo estable al volante y recorridos constantes. Puedes capacitarte también como operador de equipo si quieres. Pagamos por los equipos que puedas manejar.
